We created Complete Funeral Care's Funeral Support Service with the understanding that funeral directors put in long, hard hours to offer 24/7 support to grieving families. We recognise the privilege of this role, but also acknowledge that funeral directors often don't have the chance to spend quality time with their own families or take a break from being on call. Our service is here to give you that much-needed opportunity.

At Complete Funeral Care, we are dedicated to providing compassionate funeral services with the utmost respect and professionalism. With over 30+ years of experience between us, our team of which includes qualified and licensed funeral directors and Funeral Service Operatives (2 of whom are 3rd Generation in the Funeral Industry) we are committed to providing you with mortuary support and deceased care services giving you the opportunity to dedicate more of your time to guiding your grieving families through the difficult process of losing their loved one.

Our team, led by Andy and Charlie, brings decades of industry experience and a deep understanding of the needs of the families we all serve.

Andy’s Journey:

 

With 16 years of experience in the funeral industry, Andy has worked his way up through every level. Starting as a Funeral Services Operative, Andy demonstrated dedication and commitment, eventually advancing to Funeral Director, Hub Manager, and Diary Manager. His passion for the industry led him to the role of Area Development Manager, where he helped shape and guide operations. Andy realised that his true calling was to work directly with the families and the deceased. Driven by a deep commitment to providing hands-on care and support during difficult times, Andy made the decision to return to his role as a Funeral Director, where he feels he can make the most impact and provide the personal, compassionate service that means so much to the families we serve.

 

Charlie’s Expertise:

 

Charlie, a second-generation funeral professional, has been in the industry for 16 years. Starting as a Funeral Arranger, Charlie quickly grew into the role of Funeral Director and Hub Manager, earning the trust of families and colleagues alike. In 2015, Charlie further honed her expertise by qualifying with the National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD). She is also a Licensed Funeral Director with the British Institute of Funeral Directors (BIFD). Charlie’s experience and qualifications ensure that families receive the highest standard of care and respect at every step of the funeral process.

 

Together, Andy and Charlie’s combined experience and passion for their work ensure that Complete Funeral Care remains a trusted and compassionate provider of funeral services.
